[Call for Papers] EPIP 2019 |

The European Policy for Intellectual Property Association (EPIP) announces its 14th Annual Conference, to be held at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, on September 11-13, 2019. The Call for Papers is now available and can be downloaded here. Please use our submission platform to submit your paper, extended abstract or proposal for a themed session.
EPIP Annual Conference
EPIP is the premier European conference on the economic, managerial, legal and political aspects of intellectual property rights. Scholars from all disciplines and practitioners are encouraged to submit and/or to attend. We are pleased to announce the following keynote speakers:
§ Prof. Alberto Galasso (University of Toronto)
§ Prof. Peter Menell (UC Berkeley)
§ Prof. Reinhilde Veugelers (KU Leuven)
Submission Details
We welcome submissions of full papers and extended abstracts. We also invite proposals for themed sessions. The submission deadline is April 7, 2019. All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Paper selection will be announced on May 15, 2019.
Special Track on Design Protection
The conference will contain a special track around the topic “Design Innovation and Industrial Design Protection”, organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Workshop and Support for PhD Students
The EPIP association supports PhD students in the field through reduced fees. In addition, a PhD workshop on “The Legal and Economic Analysis of Patent Litigation” will be held on September 11th, at no extra cost for all selected students. Two Young Scholar Awards will be awarded.
